Abstract
The tourism sector in Bogor City and Regency holds immense potential, ranging from natural attractions like the Bogor Botanical Gardens and Puncak Tea Plantations to cultural and modern recreational sites. Despite this potential, the traditional promotional strategies employed by local tourism boards and business owners often fail to reach a broader, digitally native audience. This research proposes a comprehensive framework for transforming tourism promotion in Bogor through the strategic utilization of social media platforms. By analyzing current digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and successful case studies from similar destinations, this study aims to identify the most effective social media channels and content strategies. The expected outcome is a robust, data-driven promotional model that enhances the visibility of Bogor's tourism assets, increases visitor engagement, and ultimately drives economic growth within the local tourism sector.
