Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja Sekretaris. Pada penelitian ini digunakan variabel independent yaitu Kecerdasan Emosional, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Stres Kerja sebagai variable dependen. Obyek penelitian adalah sekretaris salah satu perusahaan di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 80 sekretaris. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini membuktikan jika Kecerdasan Emosional pada sekretaris tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap Stres sekretaris, Lingkungan Kerja pada sekretaris memberikan pengaruh terhadap Stres sekretaris, dan Beban Kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap Stres sekretaris.
