Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Department Finance di Hotel Gran Melia Jakarta. Obyek penelitian adalah motivasi kerja sebagai variabel terikat dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel bebas. Â Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan department finance, dengan sampel sejumlah 22 responden. Dalam penentuan sampel digunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji parsial (T-Test), serta uji R-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Department Finance di Hotel Gran Melia Jakarta. Kesimpulannya bahwa motivasi kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,5%, sisanya 41,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Pihak Hotel dapat meninjau kembali terkait kebijakan kompensasi serta meningkatkan kolaborasi antar karyawan yang dapat dilakukan melalui program pelatihan interpersonal dan antarpersonal agar karyawan mencapai hasil kerja yang semakin maksimal.Published
