IMPLEMENTASI ENTERPRISES RESOURCES PLANNING BERBASIS ODOO PADA UMKM DIVA HOME CAKE

Odoo merupakan salah satu aplikasi pengimplementasian Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Opensource yang bertujuan mempermudah dalam penataan dan tata kelola suatu bisnis. Penggunaan aplikasi odoo ini diminati oleh industri kecil hingga industri menengah. Diva Home Cake adalah UMKM yang bergerak dalam indutri makanan dan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2018. Walaupun sudah berjalan selama kurang lebih 5 tahun, namun dalam proses bisnis UMKM Diva Home Cake masih berjalan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan proses bisnis tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk itu fokus penelitian ini adalah pengimplementasian software Odoo pada Diva Home Cake dari proses pembelian bahan baku, persediaan, manufaktur, hingga penjualan dengan tujuan agar semua elemen yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis terintegrasi dengan sistem infomasi.References
