Technological developments, especially the internet, have changed lifestyle patterns and social interactions, enabling the dissemination of information in real-time through live video streaming features. This technology also has an impact on copyright, with Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright regulating moral and economic rights to copyrighted works. Copyright protects content from unauthorized use, such as violations in streaming football matches by unofficial sites, which are subject to heavy penalties under the Copyright Act. Research Objectives: 1) To analyze the usefulness of licensing laws for the Economic Rights of owners of related rights to football match streaming providers in practice; 2) To analyze the implementation of law enforcement against violations of the Economic Rights of football match streaming providers in practice. The type of research is the normative legal research method. The conclusions are: 1) Legal benefits in economic rights to football match streaming providers based on the Copyright Law in Indonesia provide benefits for all parties involved. Broadcast rights owners earn income from license sales, while users get legal access to watch football matches via streaming services; 2) Rights owners can also take legal action by means of a complaint and file lawsuits against streaming providers who show matches unofficially. Law enforcement against violations of economic rights continues to be carried out to maintain the sustainability of the football industry and protect the rights of related rights owners.Diterbitkan
