PENGARUH FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG PADA THEME PARK X DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstrak

This study investigates the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at Theme Park X, a leisure park located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The background of this research stems from various visitor complaints regarding inadequate facilities, as reflected in online reviews. The study aims to analyze visitor perceptions of the park's facilities, assess satisfaction levels, and examine the correlation between the two. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had visited the park. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The findings show that the average score for facility quality was 3.84, categorized as good, with the highest score related to secure baggage storage and the lowest concerning the availability of shaded areas. Visitor satisfaction scored an average of 3.83, also considered good, with high intentions to revisit and moderate willingness to recommend. The t-test result indicated a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05), confirming a positive influence of facilities on satisfaction. It is recommended that Theme Park X improves its infrastructure based on visitor feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and competitiveness.
