This research is motivated by the fragmented understanding of the relationship between financial literacy, artificial intelligence (AI), and FinTech adoption in the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to map the structure of knowledge, research trends, and conceptual relationships between the three domains using a bibliometric approach. This study uses a quantitative bibliometric method with data from 446 scientific publications indexed in the Dimensions database and analyzed using VOSviewer software to identify keyword networks, thematic clusters, and development research trends. The results of the study show that the literature is developing in a multidisciplinary manner with a strong linkage between financial literacy, AI-based innovation, and FinTech adoption in shaping the digital financial ecosystem. The main research clusters include digital finance, financial inclusion, data analytics, and technology adoption that reflect the integration between behavioral and technology perspectives. In addition, research trends point to improvements in the topics of blockchain, big data, and digital platforms as future research directions. This research provides a comprehensive conceptual mapping as well as managerial implications by emphasizing the importance of integrating financial literacy, AI-based financial services, and inclusive FinTech strategies to support sustainable digital entrepreneurshipReferences
