Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini merupakan karyawan konstruksi di PT. Hobashita Taketama untuk menganalisa implementasi dalam penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) untuk menghasilkan produktivitas kerjanya. Pengolahan data bersumber dari seluruh karyawan konstruksi atau seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 32 orang untuk diolah menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) tidak mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja. Penerapan dan implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Produktivitas Kerja berjalan dengan penerapan dan implementasi yang berbeda untuk mencapai tujuan secara berkesinambungan.
