Journal of Food Technology and Health is a scientific journal under the auspices of the Faculty of Food Technology and Health, Sahid University Jakarta, which has been published every May and November since 2019. Articles published in the form of research results related to food technology include chemistry, biochemistry, food engineering and microbiology as well as nutrition. covering clinical nutrition, community nutrition and food service. Published articles have never been published in other media (except in the form of abstracts or academic scientific papers or presented in seminars / conferences).
